Yama Arashi (Mountain Storm) is a Kodokan judo technique in the Te Waza (Hand Techniques) group. Sweeps up the opponent's right leg with the right foot while gripping the right side-collar with the right thumb inside, breaking his balance forward and upward to throw him down.
