Sukui Nage — Scoop Throw

Sukui Nage (Scoop Throw) is a Kodokan judo technique in the Te Waza (Hand Techniques) group. Uplifts and throws the opponent backward by holding both thighs from the front while stepping behind him, or by inserting a hand between his legs to lift one thigh.
