Hiza Gatame — Knee lock

Hiza Gatame (Knee lock) is a Kodokan judo technique in the Kansetsu-waza (Joint locks) group. Stretches and locks the opponent's elbow joint with the left knee by holding his right arm under the left armpit from the front.
