Ude Garami — Entangled armlock

Ude Garami (Entangled armlock) is a Kodokan judo technique in the Kansetsu-waza (Joint locks) group. Twists and locks the opponent's elbow joint by grabbing his wrist with one hand and inserting the other hand to grip that wrist underneath his upper arm in a figure-four configuration.
