Te Gatame — Hand lock

Te Gatame (Hand lock) is a Kodokan judo technique in the Kansetsu-waza (Joint locks) group. Stretches and locks the opponent's elbow joint by controlling his arm through the armpit to grip the far lapel while grabbing his wrist with the other hand.
